My view is that after Norwegian Wood where the protaganist Toru Wanatabe is in fact the unamed protaganist because in Hear the wind sing
it speaks of alienation and sadness so after Noako is dead while Midori probably Midori commuted suicide so after he meets another young cynic named or called the rat who’s also dysolutioned by the Zenkyoto movement
